Serving Minnesota's Housing and Community Development Needs
The National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO), Minnesota Chapter is committed to ensure the provision of decent affordable housing and livable communities for all Minnesotans through the association of agencies providing publicly assisted housing and community development resources.
The Minnesota Chapter of NAHRO is a non-profit organization organized in 1955 and affiliated with the National NAHRO and the regional North Central Regional Commission (NCRC) that is comprised of eight neighboring states including Minnesota.
Minnesota NAHRO members own or manage the majority of all public housing units; Section 8 housing units and also other publicly assisted and owned housing. Member Agencies perform housing, redevelopment, development and economic development activities in the jurisdictions they serve. |
